Grupy Terms

Grupy is a tool for private communities and associations. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their access and only share content they have the right to share. Harassment, threats, illegal content, sexual content involving children, fraud, spam, impersonation and attempts to bypass security restrictions are prohibited.

Moderation

Grupy may investigate reports, preserve relevant evidence, remove content and restrict, suspend or close users and groups. An affected user or group administrator may appeal an active trust decision. Urgent illegal content may be handled without advance notice.

Roles and responsibilities

Group administrators manage membership and ordinary group content but are not platform moderators. Guardians act for dependent children; a child without their own sign-in account cannot be added to conversations. Payments are processed by the displayed payment provider, and the association’s own payment and refund terms also apply.

The service

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill but may experience interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
